The quality of the food was second to none. The service top draw and friendly. The menu choice was a little limited, but that might be due to Christmas. However the food served was great.
What a treat! We went to the Three Fishes last night for their Christmas Celebration menu and were delighted by the five courses – every one utterly delicious, from the breads and dips to the soufflé dessert. The quality of the produce is superb, the presentation is top notch and the quantities perfect. We went on 30th December for the Italian-inspired dinner which was first class from start to finish. The cooking was outstanding, excellent flavours in every course, service was very good and professional. There is a well-priced wine list with something for all tastes. Partway through Mr Howarth came to chat with the diners which was a lovely touch. Whenever we stay in the Ribble valley a visit here is a must.
