Sat outside in the sun. Paid inside. Panini and tea. £8.10. Friendly service. Paid cash. Food and drink both good. First visit. I would go again. Darwen free music event was on. Went on a Saturday.
I went here the other day to hopefully get some sort of salad box because I'm on a diet as of late. The girls behind the counter were very helpful and polite. I ended up with a tray that contained different leaves and olives plus two types of pesto, parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, a stuffed tomato with feta and a pickled artichoke. We had a great welcome and we were given attention right away. The waitress was smiling courteous and helpful. This was a great start. Coffee and scone were wonderful. Airport cafes could learn a thing or two from this welcoming place! I would highly recommend this place in the very centre of the town. Well done.
