Traditional pub with restaurant attached. Very extensive menu along with a small bites menu and at least 15 specials on the wall. We both ate from the main menu and chose lasagne and a mixed grill. Waited a while but was worth it as the food arrived piping hot(on warm plates!)and freshly cooked and the portions were generous. Both really good. The lady who looked after us worked both the bar and restaurant and worked tirelessly to look after everyone and was cheerful and helpful....read full review

It was pretty quiet when we called but people were having meals and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. There is some outside seating and plenty of parking spaces. Worth calling in if you are passing. We didn't try the food.

29 of us came here today for our team lunch after a morning of geocaching around Eccleston. We had pre-ordered and everything was great. Nothing was too much trouble and all the food was delicious. We will be back!
