How the hell anybody is giving this hole 5 stars I've no idea... It's like no other asda I've ever been to... Empty shelves, generally tatty, worst of the worst clientele, offers on website not available in store... Horror show.
I cannot scan the barcode. However I want to send a huge thank you to David that served me and my mother at the fleetwood branch this afternoon. I am a regular shopper. My mum has recently had a knee replacement and so was quite slow today as she is still struggling to walk. David was amazing and so kind and patient on the till. It is quite a large store that stocks many products. It was quite busy when we went but we managed to get around quite quickly. We managed to find everything we wanted and we used the self checkout as the maned tills were very busy. We spent about 20 minutes in here as we were not from the area and it was a different layout to what we were used to. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked where some products were.
