Girl at the front counter took 10 minutes to take our order as was on her phone. Gent in the back asked if we had placed an order after five mins, we said we hadn't and he apologised for the wait but stated she was the only one in the store that day who could do it. Gap in service for when order being taken and walk in customers come in which prevents smooth service and causes a wait.Food was decent though and staff friendly enough
Very good service, had a lot of trouble at the counter getting my order to work but one of the younger gents came over by the name of lewis and he got it sorted for me, decent conversation, decent food and all around great attitude. That young man needs a raise!
