“Nice space to sit for a coffee or snack at Lancaster University. The people who work there are always very polite and friendly.”

“Very lovely staff but very frustrated that it's listed as wheelchair accessible as it is not - there is a 4 inch step at the door and no ramp available. Staff are lovely and happy to come out to take an order but there's no call button available so you have to get someone's help to get their attention.”

“Chains should be consistent and this one is always quick service and very helpful staff not like the one at the top of the town .Vegetarian options: Depending which end of lancaster you are top of lancaster will not help or deviate from the menu boards "thats what we do"Bottom of the town a different story they will help you and you will have a loverly meal.”
