Been coming in here for over a decade now, the coffee is decent, the decor is starting to look tired but the staff are the reason I keep coming back. There is an almost family atmosphere, a friendly and pleasant place to be, oh! and it's also dog friendly.The only reason I didn't 5 star it it because the place needs a rework desperately.
Wanted to sit upstairs, which is light and airy but full of people hogging seating without drinks using wifi. Asked member of staff to wipe table (which we'd jumped on when somebody left as only table downstairs free), but she never did. My daughter told the staff member that her coffee's milk tasted off but was only told "it shouldn't be" and not offered a remake, so she couldn't drink it. Given them a 3, which is generous. They definitely need to do something about wifi hoggers.

hi this is a lovely place however i have mentioned that my favourite drink the chai creme frappe was unavailable on the app (i asked in store if they had any chai and they said yes) and i personally don’t like ordering in person as im very picky and have extras, i order in the app.
