Have visited the Pear Tree Café before for coffee and cake, and found out that they did afternoon tea. It is made to order. Four finger sandwiches each included Smoked salmon and cream cheese, Egg mayonnaise and cress, Cheese and pickle and Tuna mayonnaise and cucumber. Cakes included Ginger cake, Caramel shortcake, Lemon cheesecake and a Cherry Bakewell cake. A scone, butter jam and cream completed the sweets. A pot of tea is included.
