First off when I'm in person I never have any issues with the food, but this one time I order the quality of the food Is beyond horrible I got 8 piece bucket and a pizza meal for me and my girlfriend. The quality of the chicken could be compared to dog sh*t it was rubbery half pink and not at all crispy it was very obvious the chicken was old now to the pizza the base was burnt the cheese was sour and next to no pepperoni and the chips!!!! Absolutely shocking service food took 1 & half hours to arrive when it did half missing & cold when I rung to complain told I hadn't ordered a meal that was missing but is on the email confirmation & been charged for ? angry from
