Can't fault greggs in nelson, very busy every time I visit, but the staff are always smiling, very helpful well turned out. has the feeling of a local meeting place. The manager kay I belive looks like she leads from the front, which definitely shows, customer service is so important to most of us and when we find it we tend to return.Shame it's such a small shop with limited seatingMy one gripe is the just eat drivers, who sometimes take up seating , waiting for pickup, they also have a habit of putting dirty bags on clean tables,The staff do ask them not to and to be fair they always comply,Well done kay and staff at nelson...Ps your probably keeping the footfall up in the rest of the arndale.

This is probably the best Greggs store I’ve been to simply based on the staff and service, always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble, the food is awesome too btw !!Credit to the manager for running the store smoothly.

Staff very pleasant and friendly. No eggs for a breakfast roll due to not being delivered. Enjoyed my bacon roll, tea was very weak but hot. Thank you.
The food and beverages reasonable and at a reasonable price. Good standards of hygiene. It is the management whom we should have praise for though. The people employed there just doing as they are told to do.

Visit here every Saturday morning to pick up my kids lunch, always lovely staff behind counter, they're busy whenever I go in but we always get a smile and they're always fast, efficient and helpful, see you Saturday after drama class ?
