Can't fault greggs in nelson, very busy every time I visit, but the staff are always smiling, very helpful well turned out. has the feeling of a local meeting place. This is probably the best Greggs store I’ve been to simply based on the staff and service, always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble, the food is awesome too btw !!Credit to the manager for running the store smoothly.

The food and beverages reasonable and at a reasonable price. Good standards of hygiene. It is the management whom we should have praise for though. The people employed there just doing as they are told to do.
