Took my son there last week for breakfast. I don't eat meat so ordered poach eggs on toast. The toast was black. Tasted like charcoal, cut into the egg toast was black underneath. Sent it back. Waited ages ,next thing a round of toast came out??? Sent that back was waiting for my poached eggs on toast. Eventually it came out, 1 round of toast and 1 poached egg. No apologies and wouldn't rate the staff. I know now why you have to pay up front. I gave my son my credit card to pay, so no idea what I was charged. The cup of tea was nice. Will never return. Usually staff ask how your meal was, I wasn't asked once.

I love the coffee here! The breakfasts are also amazing too. I've been with friends a few times now and the staff are always pleasant and helpful (I'm gluten free).Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

Amazing coffee and service! The girl who served me walked to the door with me to open it as I had two coffees in my hands. I could have managed but such a friendly touch.

Delicious coffee and cake selection. Avocado toast also looked very

Expensive, cramped and over staffed. Tip requested on payment. Latte, caramel latte billionaires shortbread, and a slice carrot cake (which was very dry with frosting on top dried out) approx £16. Light lunch appeared expensive for the menu selection.

Been a few times, food is always great but the service is always terrible. Staff stand chatting with themselves, ignore you and leave you waiting. They make you feel as if you are a burden for coming in, not cool. Sadly, not sure I will go back.

£10 for a sausage egg bacon and cheese on toast, didn't put sauce on it put a sachet of sauce in the bag and it didn't even have cheese on it and the toast was burnt. Will not be going there

Disappointing first visit here. Made to feel like an inconvenience! Coffee was very good but service with a smile it was not! Did not feel welcomed and served by a clearly grumpy waitress! Will not be visiting again sadly!
Came for lunch here with a friend and two prams, space was limited but the food was tasty but slightly overpriced for the portion size, the staff were pleasant, some more friendly than others.

Visited this place for a late breakfast on Sunday.I went for the veggie breakfast and the food was excellent quality. The veggie sausages were delicious and I liked the addition of spinach and halloumi.Service was speedy and the staff were friendly. There's also an excellent selection of cakes. I got a slice of millionaire shortbread which was amazing! Will definitely be visiting again!

The food here is on another level. Iv had the salmon & smashed avocado on toast a couple of times and I can honestly say the food quality is phenomenal.Pair that with a fantastic friendly service, it’s a must visit if your nearby. You might need to dust the cobwebs out of your purse or wallet though… as the bill can very quickly tot up. But, I do have to caveat that with still being able to taste that awesome dish an hr or so later! It might be a little pricey, but after you taste the food, you’ll quickly forget the price ?

Great food and good value for money but quite an echoey environment when busy. I’d visit again but perhaps not at a peak time but that’s just personal preference :) I would recommend overall!

Spent £50 to find out they don’t do “Normal drinks” I.E coke, fanta, sprite. So I asked a member of staff when I placed my order if I could buy a drink from the shop opposite… sat down with my drinks waiting for food to then be rudely interrupted saying drinks purchased elsewhere were not allowed. This wouldn’t have phased me if it wasn’t such the condescending tone and sheer rudeness of (what I presume to be the owner)Will not be visiting again.
