Dissapointing experience. Having not been for around 18 months. It seems as though a lot has changed and not for the best. On a saturday evening and the only thing in the counters were some dry looking school cake and squished cupcakes.Ordered x2 milkshakes x2 cookie dough's and the wife wanted a school cake to be astonishingly charged £33. I Ordered 45 mins before they closed , the order came within 20 minutes. I had ordered a “gorgeous cheesecake” it came with a consistency of custard all fallen apart , not like a cheesecake atall it wasn’t edible . I also ordered a Nutella and strawberry waffle which was soggy . The strawberry’s were soggy and it was dripping with a chocolate sauce that was a thin consistency nothing like Nutella and the waffle hadn’t been cooked fully as it was still doughy. Took over a hour to come, ordered hot deserts however arrived stone cold freezing. Rang chasing up my order after a hour was told it would be 7 mins. Rang back 10 mins later after still no order arrived to be ignored. Wouldn’t waste your time ordering.
