Standards at this place have fallen so far in the last 6 months, it's gone from one of the best in the area to being easily one of the worst. Deliveries here are awful, food is normally cold by the time it gets here, and majority of the time your order is wrong or has items missing. I mentioned this to the manager but all she did was point fingers at the delivery drivers and say it's their fault
Why do you shut the drive thru every night from 12-5 ? telling me to come inside why would I come inside when I've gone to the drive thru ? talkin about updating the tills what, every night? does the franchise owner know how much money he's losing every single night?

Food is standard McD's fare. The new layout however leaves something to be desired. Who elects to put all the self service machines and the food counter right next to the entrance and thoroughfare? Any more than 5 people waiting means a bottleneck!
