What an amazing little bar. Was the first time trying it for our anniversary, and we weren’t disappointed. A very romantic and cosy place, fantastic service. Absolutely gorgeous food. Amazing selection of wines. You don’t feel like you’re on the middle of Preston city centre, feels more like the wine bars you find abroad. We will definitely be going again soon
Great experience at Winedown again. The wine list is enormous, excellent for those who know their wines, but can be daunting for the average person. Beyond expectations as always, Dougie the manager/owner, also caters to non wine lovers with rums/whiskies and has a selection of sweet wines unlike any bar nearby. There is also at least 4-5 pages of wine on double sided a4 pages, plus the cheese and the candle- lit ambiance making it a lovely place
