Like most supermarkets its a blot on the landscape, causes high volumes of traffic, the car park is awful and I've never come to terms with how the upper deck shakes so disturbingly. There aren't enough checkout operators, the chilled section is an appalling shopping experience, it doesn't stock ties anymore but can devote whole aisles to cat food, toothpaste and Xmas garbage. Not happy with the change at Rawtenstall store, makes viewing the products much more difficult, also having to wait while other customers have finished before I can continue shopping, I’ve done with it.

Before construction we were promised it would be..... "softened by planting"... yeah, some now long dead shrubs are hiding the elevated car park. Exiting said car park is painful.
