Do not use this store at weekend , you spend over an hour just to get off the carpark . Absolutely appalling, never been great but it is horrendous now . I won’t be using this store at weekend ever again .

I often pop into Asda in Rawtenstall for my general shopping needs, and it's a reliable go-to spot. The store stocks most items I need, making it convenient for my shopping trips. I particularly appreciate the good range of electrical and home goods available on the ground floor. Whether it's groceries or household essentials.

Made a complaint about the cashier person on the till too customer services. Told them I felt like chucking milk on them. He said he would file the complaint so I left store phoned a taxi 4 security guards come out and tell me I’m barred and too leave store so I refused so they ganged up on me told me they felt like spitting in my face. So I told them to do one and they called police on meWORST ASDA IN ENGLAND AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big shop but doesn't have nothing in it. For example, pasta section is so small and no variety.Other complain is their delivery from Just Eat. Missing items all the time. It's either the delivery drivers stealing or the staff are terrible at their job.The only good thing about this shop is the sushi place. The only good sushi in Rawtenstall but it doesn't make me go back in there.

Pharmacy is a joke. Opening times not what's advertised on the Asda website, and today told my son who needed to collect his medication that they don't accept cash?! We will be changing nominated pharmacy ASAP!!

The grocery click and collect service is so handy, has made life so much easier! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. My orders are ready on time and all of the items are picked with care- the fruit and veg are fresh. Thank you for providing the click and collect service.

As far as a store goes, great...BUT...The flow of vehicles on and off this car park clearly wasn't factored into any modelling before the site was built. It should be studied world wide by planning authorities -'how to create traffic gridlock when there's only 12 cars parked on a car park'.It's the place to go if you want to spend a weekend trying to exit a car park.

called into here tonight. and im not the best with qpps and the self service tills. i was helped by a wonderful lady called clair she couldnt do enough to help what a womam what a worker. credit to your company. she just cpuldnt stop smiling.

Before construction we were promised it would be..... "softened by planting"... yeah, some now long dead shrubs are hiding the elevated car park. Exiting said car park is painful.

I ordered my Christmas shop over a month ago and I have received a very long list of things that are unavailable 2 DAYS before Christmas (23/12/23)This is completely unacceptable, if you can’t provide half the items that people are ordering you shouldn’t be offering Christmas pre orders.
