This is a good old traditional pub which is quite rare to see. Serves food but we just went for a drink and a natter, which was fine. Would definitely go back and next time have something to eat as well.
Decided to pop in for tea. Glad we did. Lucky to get a table so would recommend booking. Meals brilliant. Both chose different. Neither was disappointed. Generous sized portions and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great food, no wonder you need to book. The hand cut chips were the best we’ve ever tasted. We all ordered a baguette which was served with a salad, homemade coleslaw and of course the fabulous chips. We all left half the baguette which was wrapped up for us to take home. Extensive menu, everything looked delicious, well worth a visit.
