I would not stay in this hotel if your a contractor. I had my van broken into and thousands of pounds worth of tools stolen. My van was parked opposite the main entrance. The guy on reception couldn’t care less. He was more bothered about getting some towels to a room than what had just happened to me. Terrible customer service

Nice big room 134 at the end of the corridor so nice and quiet. No road noise. Very clean room. Chocolates left for the kids as a treat. Much appreciated. Thanks

Good quality room and comfortable bed. Everything you need for a short stay. McDonald's next door and town centre a five minute drive away.

2 nights stay. The rooms were clean and staff were friendy but the rooms were not upto the usual high standards of a Premier Inn. The bed was small and the matteress wasn't a hypnomatteress. We could feel and hear the springs going 'boing'. It was uncomfortable, we didn't sleep well. The shower was really bad, the temperature fluctuated constantly from hot to scolding hot and cold which made it difficult to wash our 2 year old as there was no bath. We gave him a stand up sponge wash using water from the sink. Another room our family was in, the carpet to the bathroom wasn't under the gripper and caused a nasty trip. Had to be careful as they had small kids also. The restaurant adjacent was poor, slow service. Left my toddler waiting for a fruit salad for what felt like forever. Had to go back and chase it up 3 times before we finally got it. Next morning, coffee machine was broken, sachets were offered instead and they were limiting hash browns to 1 per person. They never came back to check if we wanted anymore cooked breakfast. Didn't feel like the unlimited breakfast experience we'd had at other Premier Inns. Wouldn't want to stay here again to be honest

lovely rooms as usual and free wifi. Stayed Christmas Eve and when i got tin, there was a bar of chocolate and card, loved it though the chocolate didn't last long..Alway like a Premier because of the comfort of the bed too. Staff were great and also next door where i had a breakfast. Staff again very nice and breakfast was great as you ordered what you wanted as in cooked breakfast.. Very happy with stay

We arrived a little earlier because the weather was so bad at Donington Park for the British Superbikes and we were soaked. What a welcome, Kayleigh let us check in to our room early and about half an hour later turned up with some complimentary sweets and drinks and colouring stuff for the kids. We were also able to bring forward our booking for dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are always comfortable, warm and cosy. My children love staying at a Premier Inn and are always excited to have the breakfast in the morning. Lovely people and little acts of kindness create memories, thank you.

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable enough for the price. The restaurant on the other hand was terrible. We waited ages for food, then even longer for a second round of drinks which we cancelled in the end. We then waited 15 minutes for a children's ice cream when we could see 4 or 5 members of staff standing in the kitchen chatting and laughing, great for them, terrible for us. They had lots missing from the menu also.

Stayed at the flagstaff hotel for 2 nights with my friend this weekend. Hotel was lovely staff was friendly. Special thanks to Tom in the restaurant...nothing was to much to trouble for him. Tom was busy the whole time we was there and was doing a great job and you are very lucky to have such a great team member.

Very comfortable and the staff, especially the receptionist who booked us in, were lovely. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. I just wish I had asked her name so we could have let Premier Inn know how good she is.\\nWe booked a wet room for disabled. The only problem with that was the distance you have to walk to get to it. The room was clean and well laid out.\\nAn added bonus was having the Brewers Fare adjoining the Premier Inn. The best fish and chips I have eaten in a long time.
