Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. About 10 years I've been here on and off. Used to have the breakfast subs on the way to school! Always had good customer service here and my sandwiches have always been perfect. The manager here is great at remembering faces and interacting with customers. Despite not having some of the facilities on the app, order ahead etc. They are always happy to help redeem points or collect the points earned on your visit! I've seen a lot of other subway restaurants and bad service is something I've never experienced here.

We had visited the nearby castle during the covid restrictions when indoor consumption of food was still not allowed. We bought excellent subs and hot drinks and took them back to the car. An oasis at a difficult time!. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Popped in for some subs as you do and could instantly tell that one of the lads who served us didn't want to be there. First off we asked for a sub off the special advert above the counter and he was awkward in his response about what it contained. Probably lack of training/product knowledge. Then My partner asked if he could change the bread as we had observed the top of it RIP and the filling may fall out as he started to make it. His response was "it's not going to fall out its gonna be toasted what's your problem.. refusing to replace it, answering us back, very poor attitude made us feel as we were being served by some cocky young lad who thought he was better than us. He clearly needs some customer service training if he values his employment. Further more I've been in there before and experienced an older gent with a similar attitude to his work. We walked away empty handed and I doubt we will bother again which is a shame as we really like the product.

Extremely slow service god knows how the staff in there deal with a busy lunch time spent 20 minutes serving me and one other person.

Still providing the usual Subway standard subs. The property could now do with a refurbishment. The staff are always friendly, whenever I’ve visited.
