Highly recommend. The beers are great, bit also wide selection of fantastic gins and wines as well (and probably more I didn't see). Its a welcoming little place, relaxed atmosphere in a building with lots of character, will definitely be going back! Dog friendly too is a bonus
Often meet friends in there. Good choice of locally produced beers by Tolgate Brewery who also own the pub. Very pleasant owner and staff. Gets rammed 4:00-7:00pm on a Friday but at other times is comfortably busy. Good to see a local business doing well in the town.

A really great pub with a wide range of cask and keg beers as well as cider and wines. I really love having a beer here. The staff are really pleasant and the pub itself is really cosy.
