Birthday celebration with older and younger teenagers. The food was absolutely delicious with a very good kids menu too, which was much appreciated. Everything was cooked beautifully with some lovely creative twists which really enhanced the flavours. Visited the White Swan yesterday for the Wednesday 'Wine and Dine'. It's a set menu which meant no faffing about deciding what to order and quick service. One of our party is Vegetarian which I forgot to mention when booking - not a problem, the chef knocked out 2 dishes for her especially, and came out to talk through what he had made. My wife and I had a fantastic time at the White Swan for the 8 course taster menu. The food was fabulous as was the atmosphere and restaurant. Staff were very attentive and a credit the the establishment. We loved the fact that one of the chefs came to the table to explain the dish and the story behind it. It was a very enjoyable evening which I hope to repeat.
