Chicken was not cooked.Still pink. Took it back, was told it was the spices. No way was it. We weren't the only ones taking it back.

Been here a few times during lunch time normally ok. Visited on 27/10/23 4pm and food was over held quality was not good dry crispy wings and chicken and by the looks of it using dirty oil chicken very dark. Hit and miss for food quality. How ever on the lunch time occasions I’ve been there were good.

Quiet place when I visited. Food fresh and quick. Staff polite. Clean and well kept. Drive through decent. Parking good, disabled parking available and wheelchair accessible.

I was served by a lovely lad who was very polite and helpful. We live in Swadlincote and always drive over to coalville kfc, it's much nicer than Burton.

TBH the food was OK, ordered strips and a box meal. Could have done with better seasoning on the chips instead of just black pepper(and they were dry) . The food took a long time which it should have taken around 20min. We, 2ppl waited 55min with three people looking out the kitchen window and did start cooking our food 30min after our order. We asked multiple times how long would out food be after this time and it was 10min after each ask. We did not get any composition for the wait. And the chefs attitude was bad after they forgot to put the sauces in the bad. Very poor and inexperienced place. I'm also a chef: food was OK but please expect a bad service.
Spaztics! knew it though when I had to result to getting food from an inbr3d town. Putting cheese on a fillet burger is optional I never asked for it. Learn to read your orders more clearly this has ruined my week I’m going popeyes!

We ordered a wicked variety bucket 6 piece and got 8 mini fillets free of charge. The variety bucket was awful. It was Luke warm, chicken was really dry and one piece was all bone with kfc coating. The chicken wings were inedible. The mini fillets were ok but for nearly £30 we will not be ordering from them again . Very disappointing!!

We ordered from here tonight Friday 1st September and yet AGAIN the order is incorrect, normally they just leave out portions or the drink but this time the order is an entirely different order including order number! We called the restaurant to be told we had to go to just eat to get our money back and we had to go to collect our food. The manager that deals with the telephone calls has AWFUL customer revive skills. She’s rude, disrespectful, never takes responsibility for giving the driver the wrong orders and always blames them. She needs sacking. I have never known incompetence like it, the job is not particularly tasking, cook food, put food in the right bag, send food AND drink to house with a driver. She blames the driver so she isn’t penalised for it! It’s a shame really because it’s in a prime location and got real potential. The CEO is clearly not taking an interest in his chains and franchises and the franchise owner clearly has zero interest in the reputation of the establishment. It’s a catastrophe at best. The entire place needs sacking and starting again. To say I’m furious is an understatement and it is not an exaggeration when I say they make a mess of every single order we have placed. It’s ridiculous

Always decent service and portion always decent unlike other establishments where they cheap out on the chips and size of mini fillets.

Arrived here at 3pm and the carpark was relatively empty. I went to the empty counter and waited a few minutes while the staff ignored me. Another customer arrived and the staff asked to take her order, completely ignoring me. Once he'd dealt with her order he asked me for mine and I joked that I wasn't actually invisible. He tried to blame the other customer for getting her order first, then apologised. I didn't think too much of it as I wasn't really in a rush but when I sat down with my meal, I found half of my chicken was really dry, like it had been cooked quite a while ago. I do enjoy kfc regularly and I have to say this is probably my worst experience. I won't be visiting again.Apart from that, the premises did seem quite clean and the car park is relatively big with plenty of spaces.
