Arrived here at 3pm and the carpark was relatively empty. I went to the empty counter and waited a few minutes while the staff ignored me. Another customer arrived and the staff asked to take her order, completely ignoring me. Once he'd dealt with her order he asked me for mine and I joked that I wasn't actually invisible. Been here a few times during lunch time normally ok. Visited on 27/10/23 4pm and food was over held quality was not good dry crispy wings and chicken and by the looks of it using dirty oil chicken very dark. Hit and miss for food quality. How ever on the lunch time occasions I’ve been there were good.
