Jeff and the team at this McDonald's was lovely. There till wasn't working properly, as I was trying to get a rewards from my app. Jeff was lovely, he sorted the situation out for his colleague and apologised to me for the inconvenience. You don't come across great customer service lately, so it was a breath of fresh air.Thanks Jeff and team ?

This place must have every drip in town working for them. Can never get your order right and it's clearly written on the receipt and monitors they have. Food is lukewarm at best even dining in.

15min wait for happy meal. May aswel order it through uber eats and have it cold that way as they seem to take priority.

I ordered from the mcdonald's app and they were extremely slow delivering via uber eats, there was a missing burger and the food was stone cold. Called uber eats and they say not their fault and would not help called the store to be told that the manager would get fired if he did anything to help. Basically they do not care about the customer and I have wasted £25 on a stone cold meal with a missing burger.

The machines wasn't working properly, couldn't login on first one, have chosen all on second one, but couldn't pay card. As a result was suddenly logged off and lost all my order. After that was told by someone that cards not working, need to pay cashSpent freaking 10 minutes for nothing. Drove to KFC and got my order in 90 seconds after the purchase.

Well they are consistent, consistently forgetting items from a order (most recently fries from a kids meal), not following customized orders etc. An more often then not they are not busy in the slightest when they do this. I'll drive to Loughborough and go to burger king at least they don't forget items an have no issues with custom orders.

Ordered our meals at the intercom, had to wait 15 minutes at the window due to the server getting the order wrong, no apology due to the wait. We just got the index finger pointed in our direction . When we arrived at the second window to collect our food, the food was sat in the window and had been since we arrived at the first window.

Terrible service they can not make there mind up if you order in the app .there now saying you have to have the phone with you ! When several times before my partner ordered from home and I collected with out the phone present! Ridiculous I literally went round three times in traffic having been told my order on app was there then some bull about the phone being recognised by Bluetooth ! Really what if you have it turned off !

We went through the drive through and ordered our food, we were asked to park up and they would bring our food out. After 15 minutes waiting they brought out food out, ALL the food was cold (if it was all cold I don't understand why we had to wait for it to come out ?) and one of the items was wrong I tried to tell the staff but they didn't seem the slightest interested and when I asked for a manager I was told one wasn't available, the staff seemed more interested in finishing there shift and leaving.
