We had been out on urgent family mission and missed our light evening meal. As we were close to a McDonalds we decided to eat there as my wife, who is a diabetic, needed to have a food intake. Easily found but there the problems came. A delivery lorry was blocking the entrance. The driver ws overheard using abusive language to those complaining. Cars would not give way to allow cars to enter the car park. We were forced to go through the take away as we were holding the takeaway...read full review

Jeff and the team at this McDonald's was lovely. There till wasn't working properly, as I was trying to get a rewards from my app. Jeff was lovely, he sorted the situation out for his colleague and apologised to me for the inconvenience. You don't come across great customer service lately, so it was a breath of fresh air.Thanks Jeff and team ?
