Went in last night I felt the person serving was rude, I placed my order and the reply I got was 6.90 no please or thank you I’m always polite when asking.When I got the order it had been wrapped in 1 piece off paper by the time I got to the car the grease was already coming through, I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and used this place regularly but if they can’t be bothered to look after the customers food then I can’t be bothered to be a customer anymore.

Ordered large Kebab meat in a tray with salad. Got no salad. Just meat. Loads of meat…. Crap meat. Drier than Ghandi’s flip flop and service was mediocre, more of a chore….All the chap behind the counter was bothered about was watching the Bollywood film on the big screen behind the queue and didn’t like it when my mates bobble hat blocked the screen. Shocker.

Not a five star but still nice food. Staff nice people yet service not very talkative so it gave the atmosphere a little ?. Had a setting area yet could be better, tablets needed a wipe down from other customers. Food was OK yet not a lot for the price. Sorry guys probably a little more effort in your engagement with customers, would go a long way.

Super fish and chip shop. Large chips are more than enough for two. Wide selection and open on a Sunday so a bonus.Staff are friendly and helpful.Difficult parking but on the roadside.

Staff very friendly, however the fish is probably the most oil soaked fish I've had in my life. I had half of it and I couldn't stomach the rest. They need to let it strain more before packaging it up. Literally had a pool of oil under the fish in the paper. The chips were alright, but that oily fish made me feel ill.
Food and service is always exceptional, such lovely guys working here and we always have a laugh! Thank you for making wonderful kebabs! ✨️

My experience now for the 3rd time has been amazing excellent customer service cleanliness and great food also they had a seating dining area which I thought was nice overall very very happy to come back

Absolutely delicious. The (cury sauce) BRILLIANT (THE CHIPS) BRILLIANT AND ( BATTERD SAUSAGE) GORGEOUSBEST chip in town well done u made a customer PROUD.I recommend this to anyone, staff there is so polite and helpful even when its busy and the food WOW I gave them an5 star rating because i use this chippy all the time and it's my favourite anyone who is from hinckley please go to them. I highly suggest it.

The food is really good, I have been a customer there a lot, But i went in this evening, and my order came to £9.50 and was told that you needed to spend ten pounds for a card payment, who has cash anymore ? he said he would except it this time. A customer came in after me, their order came to £7 and he didnt say anything to them just took the card payment,, even though hed just told me i need to spend £10. I wont be going there again, The staff started speaking there own language and laughing , i just got the feeling, they were not saying nice things about their customers.
