The atmosphere was absolutely appalling, not worth the money at all, vegetables were up high above the counter for some reason, could not choose your own filling anymore, asked for a a 6inch sun and barely filled me up, not a nice experience, go somewhere else.

For one the staff were very fast and didn’t put enough salad but too much sauce. Next the bloody door won’t stop a VERY loud beep every time it’s opened. If it was quieter I wouldn’t mind but it’s so loud I have a headache driving home. Would NEVER want to sit in with that racket.

I work for the ambulance service, visited on our 30min break at 1800. Food was ok, not the best I've had. Went back in at 1825 to use the toilet to be told I wasn't allowed and they had to close it at 1830. I told them I only a few mins left of break, they replied 'go to KFC'... looks like I won't be going back there again!

I would've even give 1 star for this placeStaff is so rude she said they are closing the restaurant at 18:15( 19:00 is actually closing time ) bread was so dry and the salad and pepper out of date definitely local authority need to step in and sort this place out

Bad experience, wanted to use my points for a sub and they deducted the points then said there was a technical error so I couldn’t take the sub without paying. They then offered 50% off.
The guy making my footlong sandwich took absolutely no care whatsoever. He was rushing (even though there were only 2 customers), was adding minimal amounts of salad and not making any effort to distribute it evenly. At one point he added 2 bits of cucumber to one side of the sandwich. I said I wasn't going to pay and left. I went to the other Subway in the centre of Hinckley where the quality is far superior.

Pleasant staff, good service, just need the tables to be wiped down clean when people have finished using the tables, air con a big plus with today's heat
