Service is always great for me, I do have to wait for 5 mins because I usually order roe which has to be cooked fresh, I'm told when I get to the counter so have no problems with this.I will also point out that the place is remarkably clean, just look around you while your waiting.
I do like the food from here and it’s the best fish and chips we have had in Leicester! I just wish staff taking and making orders would pay more attention! Our last two orders were wrong and you can’t really check in in the shop. We had ordered gravy and hot home to find we had got curry sauce. It's my local fish and chips shop the staff are amazing very clean and love the portion sizes. They now have introduced new dishes . Cant wait to try them I would highly recommend it.
