Ordered 2 Pizzas from Dominoes Leicester - De Montfort. had issue with one. Phoned them and explained. The manager came round personally, apologised & replaced my pizza very quickly. Now for the made for TV review. Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed to find that my garlic bread had no garlic on it at all. Additionally, my order took longer than expected to be delivered, and I encountered an issue with the app indicating that my order had been delivered when it hadn't. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, the customer service representative I spoke with was quite rude. Overall, while the food itself was good, the customer service experience could use improvement.

I came from India where we prefer to have little spicy and flavourful food, plus vegetarian. My family here used to order from here & it comes out what we were expecting.
