We called in on the way back to Peterborough after a day out. Very good staff that provided us with a specailly requested meal option. Food was excellent as was the service. Fully recommend this place. Shop was spotless
So....I have been going to Good Friends for years and went last week to get my monthly chinese takeaway as I do. After arriving home some 5 miles away, I was shocked to find that there was no rice in my order (I had ordered a large EFR). When I called them, they didn't seem too bothered, and as the manager was not available, all they could offer me was a free EFR. I tried this place for the first time today and am really impressed with everything I ordered. The quality and freshness of the food is amazing, it's reasonably priced, service was quick and the staff are so friendly. Also while I was sat there waiting for my food their phone was constantly ringing with people placing orders, which is always a good sign that you're in a very highly rated takeaway.
