Order took too long to be received and nothing was added as complementary as it's not the customers fault for the delay. Waited 30 minutes for food which was thankfully delicious but I ordered a triple cheeseburger and ask for big Mac sauce and apparently they don't do that no more according to the cashier which on McDonald's website is perfectly fine... Clean and tidy restaurant, Toilet had a blockage but informed a member of staff who was cleaning the tables and he immediately sorted the blockage out.The member of staff I spoke to was polite and professional about it.
The thing is when this first opened overall it was a 5 stars in my eyes but now it’s dirty and they don’t fill up your chips, 2 times they have filled them half way so it basically was just paying extra for a small or medium so now I rate it very poor. Please fix this. (Everything else I’ve had is lovely) including: chicken nuggets, chocolate milkshake.
