I have been to this Nando’s many times with my family and husband and it has always been a fantastic experience. The team are always friendly, polite and the restaurant is always clean. I love the food is always fresh and hot whether eating in or ordering to take out. A particular mention to the manager Ben, who has always made the experiences enjoyable. The service in Nando’s Highcross was so great, the place is so cozy and has a friendly atmosphere.The staff are very gentle and polite to customers not just me but other customers too.A lady called Suzanne served me and she’s such a helpful person, she was smiling and serving me she’s gave me a 10/10 service.Keep up the good workParking: Highcross parking is safe and affordable after 5

It was ok. As usual, you have to wait for a bit despite empty tables. I give a 3 for food because I consider that two of the sides I ordered were way too short. One of them was brocoli, and I got just two stems of it, really? Then I also ordered two bowls of rice, and it wasn't full ? .
