Great premier Inn, stayed a few times, great location to stay when visiting family. Pub next door serves great food and has good range of drinks.Breakfast is ordered, not buffet style, apart from pastries and drinks.Very nice and great price.
Travelled down from Scotland to visit my ill mother so chose the Premier Inn Leicester South due to its location. Arriving at 6.30pm feeling exhausted we found the heating was not working in the room. After speaking at the reception I was given a oil heater that was in his office and was fine to get the chill off the room. The next morning a staff member apologised and advised they had refunded our breakfast cost which was unexpected but welcoming....we did not ask for it. As...read full review

Not a flagship Premier Inn, the room was quite shabby. There was no heating on in the room when we arrived, when turned on showed 13.5°, took a little while to warm up. However it was adequate for an overnight stay when only slept in the room, bed was comfortable, staff helpful.
