Had a great time on the Bank Holiday day party yesterday. I was greeted at the door by a polite, handsome young man who explained to me that they unfortunately had technical issues with the card machine and showed me the broken device, he pointed out the nearest cash machine and was very helpful along with the rest of the great door team who clearly had their SIA badges on display.
