Group of 14 people attended a special birthday party with young children.
When leaving, the restaurant lost a table of 7, which was actually seated at the time - they then had the audacity to blame us for overstaying (unrealistic time slot of 2hr). The waitress or manager (young female staff member) then approached me and said, "IT'S TAKING THE PISS....". First experience of Saffron Ivy, the food was amazing. Fresh, delicious and best naan bread I’ve ever had. We haven’t stopped thinking about the food since. Four of us went all had different and everyone agreed best curry we’ve had in a long time. Will be back ? and reasonably priced
As the first table for service of the evening, the restaurant was quiet. My friend and I are vegetarian. We were shown the menu, and our options by the friendly and helpful waitress. I chose Palak Paneer. I went for a hot version. When it came it did not disappoint. It was beautifully flavoured with the right amount of kick. The Peshwari Naan was light and caramelised on top. Overall a lovely meal which was very reasonably priced. Good food, good service, good value. Would recommend.
