Wife and I had different experiences at the same time.After a hard day and struggling to find a fish and chip shop half decent in Leicester I treated us to fish and chips from The Fish Shack. The customer service is really good, very friendly and smiling. They even had banter with one of their regulars.I chose this place based on location being close to my home and the many 5 star reviews. Been wanting to try and different chippy for some time given the some other mediocre / overrated places. We were not disappointed, cod with light batter, great chips and peas. If like us, you are looking something better than the usual, give this a try. Fridays now have a new meaning when it comes to a traditional take away dinner.

Lovely place to get you fish n chips from. Aswell as other foods. Been coming here for many years, it's always welcoming, staff are very polite and the service is quick. Oh yeah and the food tastes great every time.
