This used to be my absolute favourite place I’d order every other day! Now I can’t even finish my meal.. not sure what’s happened! The sauces taste different.. the meat tastes different! It’s so sad :( scared to waste my money!

horrible customer service, firstly had to wait to order as the front of house was too busy on a phone call and not taking notice that a customer had just walked in, then once i had ordered my food arrived cold- i had the chicken bao- seemed that the bao may not have been cooked properly as it was hard and not very warm at all. Definitely not worth the money which is a shame because it used to be my favourite lunch spot in loughborough:(

I visited Grounded and overall, I had a positive experience. However, there were a couple of issues. Despite explicitly requesting no peppers, as indicated on the order, my meal still contained peppers. Additionally, I ordered a salmon bao, and while the salmon was properly cooked, the bao itself was served cold, which affected the overall taste.

Terrible, overpriced food. I had a beef bulgogi and it was the worst beef I have ever had. Insanely overpriced for what you get
The chicken and the beef bibimbap were really bad. The beef tasted like cardboard and the chicken was flavourless. The Avocado should've redeemed it but even that was sour and bad. There are barely any seats so atmosphere is none and the service wasn't great either. Given that it's £13 it should've been

My favourite new takeaway. Its amazing to find a place that does healthy food whilst I'm in training. Just a shame I have to drive 30 minutes to enjoy it. Ashby-de-la-Zouch needs a grounded kitchen!!!Parking: Double yellow parking!!
