I was in Loughborough earlier this year, and decided when I returned I would give Grounded Kitchen a go, as I liked the concept and Korean food. I arrived at Grounded Kitchen around 30 minutes prior to close, which was ample time with food prepared quickly. The food was served in a carboard bowl, which took away from the experience. What an amazing and unique little spot! Will definitely be coming back, multiple times, I can see it already! It’s perfect for lunch, with a variety of interesting flavours in the form of bowls, baos and wraps. They are all for healthy eating, but don’t sacrifice any flavour. The quencher was beyond gorgeous, with the little garnishes being a nice and welcomed touch.
