Everything was good. Had no real complaints. Rooms clean and Staff helpful, parking is minimal but there is a open air p&d carpark right next door and a multistory p&d across the way but factor in those cost when looking for somewhere to stay. There are some great eateries around, shout out to Boo. Fantastic Burger.

Hotel is conveniently located within Loughborough Town centre, with shops and amenities close by. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond during our stay. 10/10 would hotel again, sometimes I come to Loughborough just to stay in this hotel, I’ve stayed 16 times in the last 4 months. excellent everything! Food is awesome, the rooms are so good I could cry, I like it more than my own flat, much more. Everyone should stay here, do it, do it now.

(Of course it could have been, for example if Mary Poppins was there or they handed £500 as I walked through the door but it was as brilliant as they could make it within the restraints of good business decisions and reality) The towels were folded magnificently.
