I have been having a takeaway curry from here for many years. The service is excellent. Always on time. I had a chicken korma delivered on 15th of December, absolutely gorgeous. I can fully recommend bengali.Parking: It's ok

Just ordered (18/12/2023) I have to say quite disappointed. I asked for a paneer bhuna and got paneer masala. I hate sweet food and it was so sweet I just couldn’t eat it. I was putting my child to bed which took ages so hadn’t noticed straight away. I felt I couldn’t call given the amount of time between delivery and realising. Was really looking forward to my bhuna. Quite gutted

Food was cold and not cooked properly, we order chicken curry and it comes with lamb and also not cooked properly as well very very bad experience. I would not recommend this place at all. Also staff was not helpful and very rude trying to teach me how it should be . Also we did not eat anything and charged me for all the order . Absolutely disappointed . Please do not order from here or even worser do not go there you will be given food which has been prepared days back and just warmed up and given not even fully warm and not even defrosted properly .

Omg omg omg worst place every visited in my life for food …. I cannot express my emotions on how i felt when visiting the bengal tandoor i was disgusted with the service with the food , i was given mouldy stale food which was half defrosted not even warmed to a eatable temperature , i was given food which was cooked days back and just headted up mildly , fuming after visiting this place i would highly highly reccomend PLEASEEE DO NOT VISIT THISSSS FOOD PLACE , i woudl rather eat a left over meal from 2 days before than eating here probably get food poisoning from here . Disgustedddd . Terrible service very very poor service . Charged me £33 for not eating even a whole spoonfull .

Please please do not go here I would rather say if you don’t have food sleep hungry but do not go here to eat , starters were disgusting main course was the same we had to pay for all of our order and we did not even eat one bite , absolutely disappointed , service is very bad mannered .
First time ordering and it did not disappoint expectations. Good portions and very tasty. Chicken tikka biryani was a treat. Would order again.
