We have been unfortunate enough to have had 2 bereavements in 6 weeks. We went back to The Moorings for our 2nd Wake because everything was so perfect with the first funeral tea. Yet again, we were not disappointed. Pete's team so want everything to be perfect. The buffet was first class and service second to none. My Daughter and I had Christmas Dinner 2023. This was our first dining experience here and would highly recommend it. The food, staff and ambience was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very attentive. We will definitely return.

Myself and my partner came to the moorings for the second time for Sunday dinner. I can honestly say it's the best Sunday lunch I have ever had and a really lovely place. We will definitely be going again. The food and staff are brilliant and now my favourite place to eat
