If I could give zero I would. They charge whatever they fancy and if you question the price as not being what’s on the menu they just say they just take the orders the boss tells them what to charge. Has happened to 3 people I know.

Was very unhappy when I found a black hair in the pizza (not on top but inside the dough) when keep in mind I am a blonde and so are my family members. The shop keeper said it was a brush hair but when he showed the brush, it was dark grey with a white tip so there wasn’t a chance it could have been from that. Please be aware of the bad hygiene in this pizza place and look at your pizzas before you take a bite.

Absolutely appalling Customer service had the delivery driver swearing down the phone with my daughter being able to hear. No food after an hour and a half waiting for a refund which probably won’t happen.

Open till 11:30pm.Cancelled my 20:30pm order with no explanation AFTER accepting it.Used to order all the time but will no longer.

HORRIFIC…Fries were tough as nails and lamb chops were dry and reheated. For £30 it is not on!! Also the delivery driver asked for an extra £3 delivery charge on his arrival bear in mind I was already charged £5.

I was working Saturday and Sunday at Melton Mowbray Railway Station. When on Sunday the heat was getting to much so I went into here for a bottle of Pepsi max and came out with a small portion of fries (free) and bottle of water (free). The 2 gents saw someone who was clearly struggled and helped me out more than they will ever know. Lads if I'm ever back at Melton Mowbray Station. I will be back! You are credit to your local community.

Don't come here if you are on a diet or in a rush. My £8 chicken fajita took 30 minutes to cook (eat in) but was huge and deliciously unhealthy. Maybe could have done with being spicier but happy overall.
