Normally the food is nice but this time it was awful the donner meat was like rubber and cold I gave it to my dogs the wrap was all soggy tbh complete waste of 21 pounds the burger and chips was ok but won't be ordering again be somewhere different from now on sorry but it's the truth ? ps fix up and put some love in your heart and food and stop serving slop

Worst pizza place I’ve had ordered pizza and the bottom still felt frozen, and the kebab was overcooked and the chips weren’t cooked at all.Made me very ill after having this never eating from here again. Would not recommend !!

Man on the counter was nice so I hoped it might be ok, but this is hands down the worst food we have ever eaten. Vile.Ordered a pizza and this came on a weird frozen base. Bland and tasteless and a horrible texture. Kebab was even worse. How can they get it so wrong.

A slice of home. I absolutely love their pizza, it reminds me of the ones I had religiously growing up. I’m writing my review following trying their delivery.For £15, I bagged two medium pizzas with chips and all of which came piping hot and freshly baked. Upon arrival, the driver called me to indicate he was outside and before coming out he insisted I be careful because it was raining and dark. Small sentiments like that are usually missed but I thought I’d note it because it’s small acts of kindness like that which show people in service going above and beyond for their customers.To say I’m satisfied would not cover the full extent, I’m very grateful and happy with my dining experience. We will be back!

This evening I ordered a portion of chicken wings and chips bbq as my partner reacts very badly to spicy food however I was sent the wrong order and although I spoke calmly to the man on the phone was faced with nothing but a RUDE and unpleasant responseFood quality throughout order SOGGYundercookedWrong itemsAnd nasty serviceDon’t order from this hell hole

Absolutely appalling place! We ordered two donnor wrap meals gave the restaurant our address and the food NEVER EVEN ARRIVED! we called numerous times to find out where our food was to be told the driver couldn't find our address! No phone call from driver or restaurant! tried to help them with location to told I have given the wrong postcode when infact it is correct! And now they have closed and telling me I need to go through just eat for my refund!Absolutely discusted by their behavior for them to not even call us! We had to call them to chase the food that they charged us for and never arrived!

Ordered tonight and was amazed at how they can mess up a simple Donna Meat Kebab. It tasted absolutely awful and it's not cheap either. Both the Kebab and chips tasted bland and rubbery, it literally tasted as if they had been done the night before. Apart from the disappointment of the meal it came at a decent time? BUT!! It does make you wonder why they come earlier than the actual time which is stated for it to arrive at.Unfortunately I will not recommend this place to anybody unless changes are made especially the prices for other foods. QueensPizza used to be amazing for takeaway food but lately its been really poor which is unfortunate really. Hope it can make some good changes in future and bring back the passion it once had for its food.

Appalling, ordered through a very popular 3rd party, delivery was late, followed the process through this 3rd party then order was changed to delivered, so contacted the restaurant who said it was a minute away, I questioned why they had changed the status to delivered when it had not been! food arrived, was cold and inedible, logged back in to report my concerns to find that queens had now changed my order to delayed?! Very dodgy and disappointing. Will never order from here again.
You will 100% need a microwave.. pizza is always cold. On par with a McDonald’s Uber eats delivery if that helps the description? Food is lovely when hot, to end on a positive x

Absolute rip off. Paid £8.90 for a large chicken kebab, when it got here it was tiny, hardly any chicken in it, I called to complain about it and they wasn't interested, said that's the size of them sir then went on about how much chicken costs at the mo.Order from somewhere else in town
