Pubs in Alford
“Popped in. Lovely old fashioned pub, landlady very welcoming, we will visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect”
“I haven't eaten there but we enjoyed a couple of drinks there by a cheery open fire.”
“The Red Lion is a good pub to go to in a nice setting. The owners are very friendly and do there upmost to keep it looking nice. We need to support this pub. It has been shut for far too long with the Covid, highly recommended.”
“Parked up in the camper van for a pint after a long day, we were told there was no food but that was fine as we had our own. We were invited in and told it was karaoke night, not usually my kind of thing but we had great fun, wasn't very busy and was just a few locals but we had a great time. We were allowed to park our van up over night for a small charge. Will definitely drop by again if we are ever in the area.”
“Beautiful food and really great service. My son had an autistic meltdown while we were in the restaurant and the lovely owner and staff couldn’t have been kinder. The chef made a special dish for my other son as he wanted a vegetarian pasta dish and there wasn’t one on the menu. We will definitely be back, can’t recommend highly enough ?”
“Good beer, good service and cosy atmosphere. Have not tried the food yet. Worth a visit and has a car park.”
