The food as always was amazing , all fresh veg beautifully cooked. The plates are always hot so the food does not go cold, so important. Whenever you go the food is of the same quality. The staff always make you feel welcome, we take our little dog with us and he usually has a sausage. Sitting area outside, some is undercover and is always kept pristine, drink bowls for the dogs and a lovely grassed area for the children to play on. Fabulous birthday meal, celebrating with family and friends. Lovely food, very varied menu. Pleasant restaurant, large table, very fitting for such an occasion. Beautiful thatched pub in the award winning Tealby village.

Fabulous pub recommended by locals. We booked to make sure we had a table on a Thursday and while there were spaces we were informed weekends it is best to book. We ordered drinks that were brought to our table and food order was placed. The food we ordered was amazing, portion sizes were huge and the chips-wow!! Definitely worth a visit. Four meals and 6 drinks came in at just under £60Parking: Only a few spaces
