What a fabulous place by the river! A great place to dine and have a drink. I bet it's a lovely place to work at.Visited for the first time today with my husband Andrew and our dog and we were really impressed.Our dog was kept well hydrated with the bowls of water. A lovely little pub as I called it "a paradise in the wilderness" we had walked along the canal from Woodhall Spa so yes a nice place to stop for a well worth it break before turning back (10 miles if your interested from Woodhall Spa and back). The staff was welcoming the inside was all spruced up for a jubilee party we think, the restroom needs to be brought back into a nice place to spend a penny. Planning to do this walk again so will be calling in on the watering hole again

Superb dog friendly pub on the banks of the river Witham and also on the water railway, a walk from Lincoln to Boston. Lovely friendly staff, just the place to stop off for refreshments.Parking: Lots of space.
