I admit, the wife and I are not the biggest fans of Costa, and will usually support the local independent coffee shops first, but this store is pretty much on our doorstep and having recently moved from the dark, dingy, and run down store into this nice bright new store we thought we'd give it a go. We were served quickly and the coffee was good, used our own cups thus getting double reward stamps, so that's a good incentive to not use the disposable cups, service was good with polite staff. Only issue that resulted in a lost star here, was a good few vacant tables still had the previous customers cups left behind and the staff seemed too busy to clear them... Other than that it's a nice place to sit and have a drink.

Impossibly slow. Made a click and collect order- wasn’t ready and after 5 mins it was cancelled. Therefore Costa app pointless. Staff close to retirement in efficiency

No! It doesn't close in 30 minutes. It closed AN HOUR EARLY half an hour ago. I checked their website which stated 5pm today. Later times printed on the door of the new store! Do they want any customers? This happened a couple of months ago too, at their old store down the street! There was a young woman behind the counter today so I knocked on the door. She looked round and yelled "We're closed', which I did kind of gathered from the locked door. I have tried contacting Costa before and they make it pretty impossible. I don't get out much and made a special effort to go to Costa today. I am very disappointed and wonder how to find out what their opening hours actually are.

Went into Costa at Bourne, in a bit of a state needs a revamp, wallpaper peeling off walls,generally tired looking everywhere, very dark needs better lighting, cutlery stained, no toasties left, coffee was good though, seemed to be understaffed
Friendly efficient staff...but my iced tea was flavourless and disappointing.

I was never a huge fan of costa as the coffee is always dissapointing and the price doesnt match the quality. I much preffer other coffee chains.But the other day I thiught this is certainly the last time I'm coming in.I came in with my dog and waited to next to the door to ask if dogs were allowed and was extremely dissapointed by the greeting we got.To not even be able to get a takeaway coffee because I had my dog? What is your problem with dogs Costa?You will be missing out on a lot of customers because of this.
