I admit, the wife and I are not the biggest fans of Costa, and will usually support the local independent coffee shops first, but this store is pretty much on our doorstep and having recently moved from the dark, dingy, and run down store into this nice bright new store we thought we'd give it a go. I would like to congratulate all the staff in Bourne Costas. They all do a wonderful job every day. They are always polite even first thing in the morning. They bring my tea on the tray to my favourite seat every morning Which I really appreciate. Also they have helped me with my mobile phone on many occasions, as I am not very IT literate. Really good place to go for a coffee and cake. I go after school with my friends and we have a great time. Drinks and food here taste very nice and the service is warm and excellent. Definite recommend!
