I used to come here a few years ago and stopped when the previous owners left. Hearing good things I wanted to return so popped in for a Sunday dinner. Started with the garlic mushrooms to start, really substantial but most importantly good flavour. We were visitors from "down south" but the locals were great. Good banter. I had the Liver and bacon on a mountain of creamed potato and my dearly beloved had a cheese salad "thingy". It was great,
